1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Sashatattooing Academy. By accessing our website, submitting an application, or enrolling in our online courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or submit forms.
2. Educational Course & Mentorship Program
Sashatattooing Academy provides digital educational instruction, video modules, live coaching sessions, and artistic critiques developed by Aleksandra Masiuk.
- Courses are designed for educational and artistic training purposes.
- Individual results and progress will vary based on student dedication, practice time, and local licensing requirements.
- Students are responsible for complying with the tattooing, health, and sanitation regulations of their local municipality, state, or country before tattooing live human skin.
3. SMS and Mobile Communication Terms
Program Description: Sashatattooing Academy uses mobile SMS to provide application confirmations, interview and discovery call reminders, program deadlines, and support communications to interested prospective students and enrolled members.
Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number that texted you. After sending STOP, we will send a single confirmation SMS and you will not receive further messages.

Rates and Frequency: Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you or received by us. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and course interactions. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Intellectual Property
All course content, video tutorials, artwork, proprietary fine-line stencils, designs, written material, and brand trademarks are the sole exclusive property of Aleksandra Masiuk and Sashatattooing Academy. Enrolled students are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the materials. Unauthorized duplication, screen recording, re-selling, or distribution is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
5. Health, Safety & Bloodborne Pathogen Disclaimer
Tattooing carries inherent health and safety risks. Sashatattooing Academy strongly emphasizes artificial synthetic skin practice throughout initial training. Students must complete certified Bloodborne Pathogen and First Aid certification before tattooing humans, and adhere to all universal sterilization standards.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Details of refund eligibility and course access periods are outlined in your student enrollment contract upon admission. Discovery calls are complimentary and obligate neither party.
